samsung e250 when insert sim it hangs on startup and after some minutes it gone hot and when i charge the phone ....the phone gone hot? i think its hardware! any solution?

I FLASH THE PHONE COMPLETELY, BUT ITS STILL IN SAME CONDITION, SOMETIME WHEN I INSERT SIM , IT SAYS " SIM CRASH".

change power ic behind battery connector the problem came when the charger is not good
