got a sam E250, when i put battery in, it only vibrates, plz help

Please, explain further. Does it boot, can you make calls or no display but it vibrates and can be used to make call or what so that forum members can help you.

I suspect the phone is water damaged. If not check the charging port for an unusual contact. Correct it . Treat the phone for water damage.
