E250D after cleaning dead

hello mates i have e250d hang problem i flashed already with two tools

same problem those flash file i used was already tested with many e250D phones..

i decided to clean the board after wards phone doesnt power on even try with

program phone cant be detected with pc..

remove these ic
and see if the phone works again
if it works it will not accept the sim card
so after it works (insha a l l a h) change it
