E310 charging problem - GSM-Forum

hello friends
i have samsung e310 with chaging problem, it always show one barre. i change battry, test with stabilisation alimentation, no result. and when i mesure voltage on the borne of battry connector (4,18 V).

is there any solution

E310 with continious battery charging on battery bar without charger connected on charging port. Please any idea about this/ i need your help guys..
