E340 no sim card accept after take battery off - GSM-Forum

Hi

i have a new e340, i sed it for not even 1 day,,

i took out the battery of the phone to change the sim card, without turning the phone off, i tought no problem, like ordinary phones no problem

but when i but a simcard inside, it shows the samsung screen "e340 " and the it freezes, you will hear the welcome sound very little but it will freeze also and repeat itself very fast, after a few seconds the phone turns off by itself.

Butt, when i try whithout sim card,,,, everything is ok

i tried different sim cards and still the samee thing,

what is your suggestion?

nobody can help ?? i do not have any phone at the moment, maybe someone know the solution?
