E370 ON/OFF Fault - GSM-Forum

Hi all. I have E370 come in with this fault. If the charger is in the display comes on. The on/off does not work if the battery is in. I have changed the flat cable and cleaned the phone and still no luck. Can you help here please!

I recieved a phone today with same problem but no luck yet, thinking it's the top board.

i have one e370 charging ok but on off botton not working. I have change its strip but same.
