E700 camera problem ONlY BLACK Screen - GSM-Forum

hi
when i start my camera on my E700 it shows only black screen.
Phone does hang off first than POWER OFF when i press on (make Photo ) button.
I ve serached n forum but cant find any sloutin for this problem
pls help thanks.

ok you have to change screen because it cost a lot to repair it

you mean i have to change Lcd???
I dont think that lcd is problem because lcd works normally .
also works in camera mod but the photo screen is black.

flex cable problem. try to change the flex cable

you have to change camera coz i've experience it with v200 & it was ok, maybe this would help

I checkd it it was the flex !
I think i must change it !

u must erase full flash with dumper then full flash 16mb, after that phone becomes in preview error then change ribbon

this is 100% tested

1) if camera is breck or whater soloshen is cheng
2) if not up, chek canector
3) if not up, flash only
is ok.

i have same problem with u,when take the photo it saw file saved error

i check flex cable all ok,i comfirm that is mother bord problem...
got any sulotion to solve it

The first problem (@Ercie) of black screen when make photo is due to a problem whit flat change it if you have a good one, the second problem (@desmond2727) need to reflash phone possible whit a full flash and after reset it whit code.

The problem of camera menu black screen, I think is in the band cable.....cable connection between your display and main board...change it and ...No Problem I think.
