E700 flex cable

Hi all, excuse me for my bad english.
My phone doesn't work well, and the problem is 99% the flex cable.
I'd like to solve myself, and i can buy new flexcable but i'd like to know if it is an easy operation or if i need a special repairing tool like smd solder or similar.
Thanks for your help, by

If you don't have right equipment how you want repiar phone, go to a repair center ad ask them to replace all display whit flex and resolve fast problem than samsung center.
If you buy flex that at 99% are all bad assembled you lose more time that if you send phone to a service center. ...............or send me if you live in Italy.
