whats with the WAITING.... if you were WAITING!!!! you could have saved urself some time by using the search...and looking thru old posts...and youd have found this http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...ht=e700+keypad

remove micro then put it again. problem solved.
if not change micro.

I soleved one problem with keypad with alcohol + tooth brush PCB cleaning.
You should try.

Remove Keypadcover and try if keypads work..
