E700 Lcd - GSM-Forum

Hi

I need to replace the inner LCD on a Samsung E700 - Any tips or links to service manual would be appreciated - I'm a level 2 NEWBIE (Just an idiot - Not a complete idiot)

Just buy yourself the inner screen only, much cheaper about £15 - £25, its tricky to remove from the ribbon because its stuck but just use a stanley blade to persuade it, the inner LCD ribbon you just remove with hot air gun be carefull though, more care is needed to replace though as if you use to much heat then you will lose the tracks from the new ribbon.

get an original LCD and use appropriate tools to fix it.
