X-600 keypad hanged - GSM-Forum

Hi all guys,
I am in a trouble, A samsung X600 mobile phone has a great problem that it is power on by keypad and off. But there is no any button work. Plz help me
Thanks of all.
and also tell me it's hardware or software problem?

Dear friends
plaese use search menu to find many topics about your problem.But I suggest you to remove MIC and if solve your problem change it with new one.

Maybe just a number button stuck down that will stop all the other number buttons working but power on and off will still work

i have the same problem of keypad but, ON andOFF button are working properly.The phone hangs at this level.What do you think could be the solution.

First check whether the volume key was stuck, if not reheat the Board. It work for me, some components connection no good.

you must check key pad your phone

Remove mic and check all varistors to keypad.
