e730 key pad not work
sometimes 8 works for twice
sometimes 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9 works for a few seconds
0.*." .call not work at all

please any help

i have removed varistors .cleaned main board removed micro.

but i ve made it befor and i removed all varistor v502.503.504.505.506
and i have heated the keypad strongly but not work

i have the same problem, sometimes keypad works and sometimes it does not. i noticed that this problem has someting to do with the play button, when you press and hold it the keypad starts working.
