When i put the charger on f490, on the phone, the icon works correctly stating the charge, but still the battery does not recharge. I verify the connector and is clean, no micro-cut (solder on pcb) under the microscope.
The battery is empty and does not charge.
It must charge the battery in an external charger to turn on the mobile. I test many chargers and battery.

Have you got an idea please.?

Any ideas, because all of fuse is ok.
