Samsung Tocco Won't Stay On! - GSM-Forum

Helloooo.

I recently bought a Samsung Tocco (a clearance version. Flawless cosmetic condition. Fantastic infact!) and to say that i love it would be an understatement! BIG problem though! After a while of it been on (on hold or while im doing something) a loading screen pops up but always freezes at the same time! Searched everywhere for what could be the problem but no luck. I did notice that the metal that connects the battery to the phone has a wee problem. 1 of the prongs is bent and it does not look the same as the other two. I thought maybe this is what was causing it. I recieved the phone like that so i can just send it back.
