G600 Capture error

Funy error with camera on Samsung G600

- If I take smalest picture 320x240 it will bi ok ! (Picture saved)
- If I want biger 640x480 til 2560x1920 i get phone message (Capture error!)
- Just one tick zoom +, and all is ok. Picture saved at any resolution without errors. (Picture saved)

I do next step:
- Full reset *2767*3855#
- E2P reset *2767*2878#
- Reset MMI (CAM reset, MMS reset, Default reset)
- Reflash E2P area (corected IMEI and BT after flash)
- Format NAND and full reflash phone MCU+TFS
- Changed FLAT (Ribon) cable
Nothing help!!!

I found old procedure for D900 same problem (Capture error).

- Make on your Mirco SD card the following folders:
Camera
then in the Camera Folder Thumb and Photos
and in the folder Thumb the Folder
Videos and Photos
that is all.

Not helpful in case G600....

Have anyone idea what can I do more to solve G600 Capture error?
