Galaxy s2 PLUS i9105 doesn't power on

Hello everybody, I've got a beautiful S2 PLUS i9105 in my hands... but it doesn't turn on. Actually the touch buttons light turns on after a while, but I don't know what does it mean. Before changing the motherboard or the display I need to troubleshot the exact problem first.

I downloaded the schematics already, but I don't know where to start test things actually...Could you please help me?

The suggested troubleshot diagram says I should measure the U400 output
I don't get how to measure it... the chip it's so freaking small! Am I missing something?
[sorry, I would like to post an image but I can't...too few posts still!]

Why don't you check if it is not the lcd first before doing hardware troubleshooting

It hasn't any hairline crack on the surface.. Is there a way to test it by using any tool?

Got another "hint". The phone has been recognized by my PC. I actually have access to all the data inside... So could it be the LCD display the issue?

Okay, I'll try to swap it then.
One more thing: is the display the same as Galaxy s2 i9100? Or do I need to find the i9105 one?

Yay! I've tried to swap the display with a i9100 one and it works wonderfully!
There's only one problem: the touchscreen seems completely uncalibrated... It doesn't work proprely, expecialy on the low side of the screen. Can it be adjusted?
