Galaxy S3 no audio on call, pls need help - GSM-Forum

Hi guys i have a 5pcs of galaxy S3 with the same problem for all of the when you try or make a call there is no sound even if you will used the speaker headset there is no sound and when i end the call the signal bar becomes circle void but it will came back again the signal. i try to make a software and reheat the audio ic and it is the same still no sound on call....

Update via Odin3 with the latest version and do a full master reset (*2767*3855#), if its a software issue it will be solved . Must use file of same region where the phone belongs to ,check it by dialing *#1234#. Eg. I9300jp*** jp for UAE region ,otherwise U may end up with update failure or damaged imei.. Gud luck br. i had a phone with similar problem and only a flash with latest firmware on ODIN fixed it..

Hi! Change the audio ic and/or the audio codec ic!

do this:

mic working on dictaphone? (ok?) >>>

*#0*#
earp. working? (ok?) > speaker working? (ok?) > >>>

*#0283# earp. loopback working? > speaker loopback working?

no sound from earp + speaker? 70% audio ic
noise from earp and noise from seaker? 80% audio CODEC ic

when you will get 99% solution change the audio ic and the codec ic to!

Be carefull!
-When you soldering the audio CODEC ic to hot > you get camera problem
-When you soldering the aucio ic to hot > you get "phone unknown" ( IMEI: NULL/NULL)

for all guys the solution for S3 no sound under phone call I will release it tomorrow so all do not worry , I was in my holiday that is why I did not answer u all .

And u Mr BIGUNLOCKSERVER i do not have any paid solutions , so wait till tomorrow and u will get 1000000000000 % test solution and for free
