Galaxy S4 i9500 "charging paused, battery temperature too low!"

Hi,

When I want to charge my phone I always get the following message:
"Charging Paused, battery temperature too low!"

On top of that, the battery temperature always jumps from low to very high like 0C -14C up to 60C! or just stays on 0C, even when not doing anything on the phone.

I changed the charger port, that didn't fix the problem like many claim.. no one seems to know what the problem is..

The only way to "trick" the temperature to normal temporarly is to switch between 2 batteries with juice.

Anyone?

Thanks
