Member: 2547055 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Galaxy S6 - NO Fast-charging and "unknown device" Galaxy S6 (g920f) is just charging VERY slow (fast charging does not work). Also I can not connect it to computer. It alsway says "unknown device". It is NOT: the plug, the cable, the PC ...have another S6 here and all works fine with it. I have also changed the USB-flex of the S6 and the "U8010IC" Solution I found in another thread (I replaced it). What can I do now? Any Ideas what I can change next? Would be great if you can help me find a solution kind regards, Flo |

Member: 2547055 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Changed the ICīs...no fix - but shorted caps measured Hi, Thank you VERY MUCH for your helpful reply! I changed the three ICīs you told. Same result. BUT now I measured out that there are a few caps shortet...even if the replaced are removed again. I cannot add pictures here, so I can just tell you the partnumbers... For example: C8002, C8003, C1083, C8073, C1092, C3001, C9028, C9029 ........ Is there a messy IC or how can I find out the source of the short(s)? kind regards, Flo |
