Member: 1732818 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 532 | Galaxy S6 and S6 edge - No menu button lights Galaxy S6 (SM-G920F) I have repaired like 15 samsung S6 phones. The strange this is, After replacing the screens. Menu lights will stop working. When you replace the docking flex, the lights start to work again. But other times it doesnt help and the phone will stay without menu lights whatever you do. Does anyone have this problem too and know why it happens or to solve it? |

Member: 1732818 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 532 | Well i will give my self the awnser Solution is: The problem is a Damaged docking flex by pulling the phone open at the charging port side. The cable will be bend and break and light of menu buttons stop working. Correct way is the start at the top and slide the phone out of the frame. So the docking flex cable will not be damaged. |
