Galaxy S6 Usb device not recognised - GSM-Forum

Hello , a customer came in with a Galaxy S6 G920 , and the problem is that the Fast charge isn't working , first i thought it is the problem with the cable , i tried 4 cables and 2 fast charge power adapters, the fast charge is not working , only normal charge .

I know and yes i replaced the usb port ( the whole usb socket with ribbon cable ) with a new one and it does the same .

And not only the fast charge is not working but the computer says " Usb device not recognised , the usb device has malfunctioned " .
Even in download mode , the same error in windows that it has malfunctioned.
Tried charging with a genuine Fast Charge Samsung Wireless charger , and its not charging with fast charge , only normal charge .

So the main problems are :

1) Fast charge not working
2) Usb device is not recognisable in windows , even if i put it in download mode its still the same .
3) Wireless fast charging is not working .

Someone got some ideeas over here i would realy apreciate it , thank you .

got the same problem here on 2x Galaxy S6 models. Anyone know a good fix?
I suspect it is somehting like USB IC or something but can not find any schematics for the S6 online..
I think it is some kind of problem like the U2 IC fake-charge with iphone..
