GT-I9300 LSM330DLC sensor removed - not powering on

Hello,
Dropped the Samsung Galaxy S3 and is not powering on.
Token it to a service and after opening it showed me that U204 sensor had fallen of the pcb with copper pads also. Now it has only 4 pads remained.
Looks like is the LSM330DLC accelerometer and gyroscope sensor. At this point investigation stopped and returned me the phone.

Can this be bypassed to power on the phone?
Or there are also other damages that prevent phone to power on.

Is not working with Power+volume down also.
