HERE YOU CAN FIND SOLUTION FOR SM-G850 NO POWER PROBLEM

No Power
Step Check point Result value Defect point
1 Confirm the defect symptom - -
2 Check the battery terminal visually
Damaged Battery terminal
Normal Go to the step 3
3 Check the PBA current with a power supply
(power supply voltage : 3.8 ~ 4.0V)
High current (over than 3A or
under 50mA) Battery path circuit short
Normal current (Current
change) Display or Power key
Other current case (0mA or
other) Go to the next step
4 Check the Vbatt(+point) of IF PMIC output
Same as power supply voltage Go to the next step
If not the correct value IF PMIC (U701)
5 Check the voltage of XNRSTOUT test point
(Typical 1.8V fixed)
Voltage level of T/P = 1.8V Go to the next step
If not the correct value AP PMIC (U702)
6 Check the frequency of Main clock source
OSC500 (R631)
R631 = freq 24MHz signal Go to the next step
If not the correct value X-tal part (OSC600)
7 Check the voltage of eMMC memory
C694 = 2.9V
R653 = 1.8V Other part initial fail
If not the correct value eMMC Power(U600)
