I dont have diagram for x640 but i have dig for x450 m posting its the same.
open the phone remove the white paper on the board you will see leds near they there r small black resistore some are for leds and the other r for key paids so you need to remove the ones for key paids only ...... phon should work 100%

I lost all the numbers in my phone wen i was trying to reset the eeprom.

can any one help l have a e330 with a blue iner l.c.d the outer one is working fine tried to change the l.c.d but it did not work.
