samsung g530h touch not working

i have one g530h touch not working replaced with another touch of the same model not working at all.i check the connection of mutual coupler to lcd connector everything is ok.in this model touch problem is coming because of softer ware issue ? Help me plz.......

Current firmware is g530hxxu2aoe5.

check this circuit near the charging connector ic is opposite side
