my d500 is on no service and ts keypad problem as well.its 2,5,8,0 keys are not working properly some time its works but many times not and its also on no service can any body help me thanx

i get it just remove all component grey connected with ground and keypad work fine

remove mic first and then check sometimes there is a problem with mic circuit which creating shorting if not ok then change board
