help, C100 Keypad problem

the left keys aren't working: menu call 1 4 7 * left, and the (down menu at the left side) - a vertical line -
i checkd the voltage at the #pad it gives 2.7v
but the voltage at any of the (menu call 1 4 7 * left down ) gives me 0.49v
c100 service manual doesnt help there is no scheme for the pad keys and where it goes.
it says check U300, how the hell could I check it if its soldered sourface.
any idea guys!

you can solve this problem with cleaning your phone key- pad laying position and heating your phone CPU unit for function activation.

I ve removed this fault by simply changing flash file versions in a no. of c100 using ust56.
Though this capcitor removal technique is quite novel way to make alive the keys. Good solution BUDDY -keep it up!
