anyone can help me or sollution for my samsung J7 Prime SM-G610F is dead,,

when i pressed ON button not working ,,charging not work ,,
i try to open the battery and charging manual,,the battery is OK,, but
when i try use Power Supply with 3,8V ,,indicator Ampere up to 0.02 A,, then i press ON button still stuck in 0.02 and not working,,

please help me for the sollution what can i do it

samsung sm-G610F not power on
try rehot or replace power ic U5002
if it is still as before the latest firmware upgrade

ok,, first steep..i will try to rehot the ic power,, if it is still as before,,i will replace and change ic power,,but if i will replace that..what No Code for the Ic power ?? i cant read it because i dont have a microscope,,

j7 prime dead while waching videos .when on battery was 85%,when i connect mobile charging no response in ,what to do help me....

Hello guys.
i have this weird problem i ve got samsung j7 prime water damaged that had previous worked on(the water never got to the top half of the board).
i ve connect it to power supply and it was drawing 0.05ma
i noticed a bad looking cap near charging port.
removed the cap and now the short is gone.
but when i try to connect the two antennas to power it on its not drawing anything no mater how long i connect it. where to check if the cpu gets to signal from the power button to send it to power ic ? the service manual dont show it. really appreciate if anyone can help or show me a picture.
i tried reflow the charging ic and power ic nothing happens.
what would you suggest to do ?

hi sorry to revive old thread i have a samsung j7 prime duos. i had it repaired and now the unit cannot connect to pc. (device has malfunctioned in windows) red indicator light will not turn green even if battery percentage is 100% also battery drains itself very fast. What do i have to check? before repair everything was working fine.

Before repair, unit was low on battery until the unit shut it self down. when trying to charge not charging won't turn on.
