HELP Samsung Galaxy S i9000 LCD Display Problem

Hi, I did a LCD screen and digitizer replacement on my Galaxy S i9000 and it was all going well. I was really happy with having my fone back.

Then after just using it for less then 2hours, the LCD display just went off. When I powered it back on, there were all this tiny red, blue greenpixels appearing everywhere on the screen and nothing else. The fone booted up because I heard the Samsung start-up tone and it was vibrating but nothing was displayed except the tiny pixels.

Is there something wrong with the new LCD screen and digitizer? Or is it a software problem?

I've attached a screen shot of the fone.

Thanks
