How Charge Low Voltage Samsung Li Battery?

Have been searching the forum to check if anyone has posted "How Charge Low Voltage Samsung Li Battery?" but to date have found nothing.

Have a Samsung Galaxy S which got wet and battery went below 3 Volts.

When noticed immediately removed the battery dried it off and let stand. Have checked with MultiMeter and now at 3.08 Volts.

Am wondering how long should let stand before try to charge.

Appreciate any suggestions!

Thanks

Ken
