How to remove emmc ic and how to put repair or new emmc
 
many member send me pm evry day.so i open new this thread.
emmc pinout acording to picture .https://dc649.4shared.com/img/x4w-Ee...3c478420/i9000
many member woried pinout emmc destry when removed.
but dont woried some point not use in emmc.now methed for remove emmc
1.1st use little heat for removed glue
2.if handset is i9300 then remove glue baseband ic and cpu only side emmc.
3.use hot air little heat and air.then you give heat emmc use sharp tussar for removed glue emmc under.
4.you must remove emmc in 5th mint
5.after removed emmc we want very very clean emmc point if not clean pinout you dont get baseband
i mean imei so clean very much.
6.now you want old or new emmc put on board
7.when you put new or old emmc must heat and air little.
little mean if you put soldring past(flux)on emmc not fell down .and then you feel emmc fix on board
wait for board for cold.
I hope you are seccess replacing emmc

Hi ! wich temperature do you use to remove the emmc?

We were having several troubles with the baseband, but we were doing it in one minute , surely with more heat .

i have quick 850a .i adjust temp heater 5.5 and air4.4.
but i use matel sheiled black barry for cover basband ic cpu and pm ic.befor work i removed all glue pm small ic and basband ic and also cpu glue emmc side.you must removed also sim sokhet with matel .
after replaced new emmc phone on no problem with imei 0049000000.if i use repair emmc with jtag then i flashed 4.3 verson and manual hard rest wipe and fectory.....

i am using water washable paint remover to remove glue from emmc...
