how to repaire EMMC chip??

hello
can anyone help me how to change emmc chip which come glued with main-board?
if there any way or any tools pls help me. I tried with heat gun but most of the chip pins on the board was damaged so lets share our experience to solve this problem.

i heard that there some chemical can remove this glue easily without board been damaged if its true what are these chemicals??

other question can i replace this chip with ordinary SD card because i see solution to i9000 using this method but i didn't test it?
