Member: 166746 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 86 | Ok , open 4 screws on the back cover, clip out back cover from bottom to the top(aerial) open housing half way with hand then remove pcb gently not tearing old cable. take your tip of nail or fine tweezer and clip the top of the connector lock upward, once its opened, take out a fine tweezer or your hand then grip cable on the hard surface (white i think) and pull out, There,, half the job is done, remove the rest of the housing and do the same on the lcd board, have a figuritve memory of every part of the 5 that u remove, because this cmes in handy when replacing them back again. remember on lcd side of phone is 2 hidden screws next to camera behind silver bars (buttons) dont remove the springs(shocks) this is not necc, just remove the cover that its located in. use a very good phillips head, the electric screw driver with small fine star point works the best for me, when working on the lcd part of the housing / phone, remove from the bottom to the top (this worked for me when i changed the LCD) please try n post resutls. |
