I mostly get them by desoldering broken mainboards so I get used but genuine parts. If you need a original ones contact me through PM.

It takes around 20-30 minutes (with disassembling and assembly). You can make profit but you must start to repair mics in newest models like s6 s7 s8, here is how to do it with s7 without changing the flex:
