panasonic VS2 Ribbon How to Assemble ??

i am trying to change the ribbon as it is spoilt .... i tried to use ****er to **** it out ,, and i found out it is without solder , how wil it stick and joint ?? anybody got experience on this ??

just put some solder on joints , and suck them with solder week. then put some flux and use your rework station to put it together , thought i thin you can just rehot it with solder.
never did this part , but doesnt look that hard
