Cover the mics and flash with adhesive tape, do the MLC test with a 1kg weight, then connect the phone to the samsung anyway jig to read the data with the water resistance software. (Need a GSPN account logged in)

If it passed the test, it should be water resistant.

nicolaskeys is right you need to install resistance software, then you can ve sure the back cover it sticking tight to the frame.

this what you have done in your video is 100% NOT waterproof!

you even missing some needed adhesive tapes, which are normaly used for the backcover to stick it to the phone.

The adhesives are waterproof so if you apply them correctly you get correct ips rate.

The adhesives are on the back cover already. That's how I bought them. I put the other ones on the back cover edges and that's all. If you don't know how to do it don't participate in the discussion.

Should I use additional glue to stick the back cover? Will adhesive straps keep the back cover form coming off the frame?

Use b7000 adhesive, it will makes the back cover stick to the frame for the longer time.
