Never try to reheat glued ICs ( CPU ). You can destroy the phone. Your audio path seems OK. you can put some sort of packing ( to press it on the board ) on CPU and audio ICs to solve this problem.

Regards..

ok there are 2 ways

at samsung models you need hot air and cutting tools...
hot the glued ic at 320-350 celsius and force the ic with a tool it wiil desolder ...just test on a dead board.....the hard part is to clean the mainboard....
i use a very sharp tip at 430 celsius...and i remove the glue by presind the tip to glue .......

.....this is for samsung

hard part is for nokia ...there i use a removing lichuid

a atached here the pdf wich was atached to removing glue solution

the way for using removing glue solution is not soo easy

i use a small piece of coton ...and a small quantity of solution ...i put the cooton on ic wich has to be removed...i put the board in a sealed plastic bag...and i let the mainboard for 1-3 days
after 2-3 days i use hot air for desoldering ic ....i clean remaing glue on the mainboard with a soldering iron at 420 degres
