| i607 blackjack. Keypad does not work during phone calls. All keys work when dialing number, and going through the phone menus. When I press END key, it will show homepage, as normal. but keys don't work during a phonecall. For example, when i call customer service, and it says "press 1 for technical support", I press "1" on my keypad, and "1" appears on my screen, but nothing happens. I cannot reach technical support. I cannot enter any numbers during a phone call. I can only enter numbers before and after phone call. i reflashed windows mobile rom, and I did hard reset. still, keypad does not work during phone call. what is wrong with my phone? why is my keypad disabled during phone call? |
