In 2nd photo three big ic are 3g pa and near display connector is display related either lcd volts or lcd detection ic, refresh or replace is it.

In 3rd photo near bat connetor is charging ic. vbat is also conneted in this ic so refresh it.

how to chk shorted ceramic caps without removing from pcb ?
