i9000 only power up with charger

hi there guys,
i have one i9000 Galaxy S with strange problem. phone works ok but the problem is that if phone is turned off i cannot power up. the only way that i can power it up is to insert a charger or data cable and then i can push the power button and phone is powering. after that i can remove the charger, and phone is working normally. when the charger is not pluged into phone charger if i try to power it up it only shows the please wait symbol and after that the empty battery symbol but phone is not powering even if the battery is fully charged !!! any solution?? please give me a solution .

Thanks!!!

again

i've checked everything, board - no oxidation, battery conectors are ok, charging socket is ok - no oxidation , no tear, nothing seems to be wrong. phone is charging normaly and once is started up it shows the real battery level. i've even clean the board with ultrasonic cleaner, reflash with original software version just to be sure is not software related or oxidation (even if is not ). i think some track is broken or a capacitor or termistor is getting me crazy. one more thing, the phone is having sometimes problems connecting to pc, it's not recognized, pc shows unknown device or somethig like that, but only sometimes (especialy when the case is closed firmly and screws well tighten.

any idea??
