I9100 - can't make a call after unlock? - GSM-Forum

well.. got that phone today, someone tried to unlock it. idk how or with what software.
problem is that phone recognizes SIM card (any) and connects to network (it says registered and i can see network name in status bar) signal is full but no 3g, but when u try to make a call - nothing happens. no ring on dialed number.
what i did :
full flash with odin and z3xbox
unlock again with z3xbox

nothing helps...
any idea?

check your phone IMEI number.

IMEI matches one on the box..
IMEI: 359651046xxxxxx

just called the customer, he said he tried to unlock it with some app from google market - UnlockIt or something similar, he don't remember....

are you sure? i9300 flash in i9100?

try lastest 13.2 samsungtool version on z3x box..
if i not forget i use 12.7 samsungtool z3x for unlock samsung 9100 and 9100g is no problem
or try ask mr.blang from z3x

tried with latest 13.3. flashed OK with FULL FIRMWARE from z3xbox support. unlock OK.. but still no network. IMEI matches one written on the box

KIES says that phone is not supported for upgrade/recovery
