Member: 248030 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 29 | The upper part is a Schottky Diode.. Samsung spare part no 0404-00124 DIODE-SCHOTTKY;CUS02,30V,1000mA... The lower part is a Capacitor.. Samsung sparepart no 2203-007781 Ceramic Capacitor 22uF (microfarad) 10V X5R The phone will work well without the cap, you can try to short pads on Schottky to see if phone will work, but not adviseable to use phone without this component.. You'll find these parts if you search electronic stores like farnell, digikey etc... |
