Thumbs up

For the same error caused by water damage
- " Load pause - Battery too Hot " -

Checking the temperature manually integrated into the motherboard of you may note
excessive heating of the large integrated " MOD201 "
- IC Form W-LAN and Bluetooth -

In this case Checking if all other components that are functional ....

You can 'desolder this integrated and do the test without this integrated charging the phone ....

Replace if after the tests do not have more error in charging .....

Tested and running at 100%

This problem should be chase as the following

1 change charge flex

2 clean the pcb

3 change charge IC

if not solved

3 change all condensor or resister which connected with the charge schematic

4 if not solved , the last one is change PMIC

mine one which i have met this few day is CHARGE ic

បើប្អូនៗបានជួប សូមសាកល្បងតាមហ្នឹងមើលក្រែងមានប្រយោជន៍

Just had a Samsung i9100 which would not charge as temperature of battery too low!
After changing the obvious I found a component was dislodged on the pcb! I cannot tell whether its a resistor or capacitor.
However check out the attached picture for the location of the component. Component is circled with red.
Resoldered and cured the problem
I had almost given up and was looking at the defective pcb and noticed it was dislodged. I can only guess from the phone being dropped!
