i9100 galaxt s2 drains battery fast and freezes

Hello I got dead sam s2 with shorted capacitor. After replacing capacitor noticed that the battery wasnt charging and only had 2.2v. I replaced charging port and the battery. Now phone turns on itself when battery inserted, sometimes freezeing, not responding on time to touch and restarting. Battery drains very fast. Also noticed gets hot near camera. Phone could take up to 0.6A on external power supply. Is this normal?

phone does not turn on itself with flex disconnected. still gets hot though!
I tried on old flex and it turns on itself as well. Must be something to do with mobo. Going to work soon so wont be able to test without the cap atm
