Could someone confirm the solution to this error???
The phenomenon:The unit switches on,the bottom of the buttons light up.No display!
U501 PMIC bga IC very warm!
I changed the display module / test /...phenomenon is the same!
This can be due to yet another component fault in the heating of the U501?
Or the IC itself is bad??
I'd wait for more advice from someone who has repaired this error!

One more thing ... the source U501 MAX8997 EWW 1136 5 VSG purchase!

Parts obtain solved!

They're waiting for confirmation only.......this phenomenon is caused by the fault of ICs and no other components shorted?

The problem is solved!!!

If anyone encounters this error:no display and U501 Max8997 IC warms.

To replace the IC the problem is solved!

Tested in two pieces!
