i9100 lost IMEI and Baseband after heating RFS100 and PAM100

Hello.
I got two i9100 with signal problems (low signal, signal losses).

First one: tried to bypass the RFS100 socket using a wire, so i heated the socket with heating station until i could get it down, and then i soldered a wire instead of it.
RESULT: no service, null IMEI, unknown Baseband
Tried many software solutions without any result.

Second phone: i heated PAM100 (the RF6260 amplifier), my hopes were to obtain a better signal, by gaining a better connection after reheat.
RESULT: no service, null IMEI, unknown Baseband

How can i repair my phones?
Please any help??

I was thinking that i have a hardware problem. because i physically heated those components... anyway.

can you give me a link to download this efs . zip?

do I have to install a specific rom version first?
