i9100 not carging and not Pc connection! - GSM-Forum

The situation.....
I connect the AC adapter to the phone is switched off: Phone power on...carging not!
Usb cable connect to Pc: Phone power on....carging not....the computer does not detect my device!
The phone is power on: not charging, and no computer connection!

What has replaced it:
Usb modul with flex /I tested other motherboards/
Q500 fet
C566 capacitor
U504 Ic
D501 diode is good...5 volt measured on.

The same error!!
What do you think.....U501 Ic would be wrong?
Someone has managed to fix this error?

Only I have a copy of the same forum to resolve the problem search for it and I could not lift
