i9100 Not turn on after......


Hey all

i have 2 peace of Galaxy S2 i9100.
same problem;
imei Null/Null, after add new firmwere its same. try repair that whit Z3X but cant read modem.

i open the phones I did the heating of 20 seconds at above 350 degrees modem

now the phones is dead.

what i need to do?
Replace Modem ic ? do Jtag ?

im Going to Crazy :S

you sure that problem of memory ic?
i heating the modem IC and then is stop working.
