i9300 charging ok but stuck on startup

sometimes power on perfectly but mostly stuck on startup

but charging is ok in off condition

Hard reset if no Luck , Reset EFS if no Luck , Check Audio IC if no Luck ,Change EMMC =FIx

remove audio ic and too much rust under the ic , but now set restarts ,sometimes baseband unknown, working very slow, sometimes this error touch isnt responding

note: this problem show without audio ic

still not putting back audio ic
