Because power on key has been shorted on GND main board has been shorted.
Please see the picture for solution that worked for me.
Also if component is missing phone power on but no home button working.
I will test other issues soon i will have more time.

We know when someone is a solution to the positive battery terminal is ground?
Ground....battary +.....circa 5ohm so is shorted!

Unfortunately, this transmission line circuit can be anywhere....I think!
